Starr South Carolina
Starr is a town in Anderson County in Upstate South Carolina. According to the 2000 census the population was 173 and it covers 1.5 square miles. The population in 2007 was reported to be 195. It is often referred to as the Starr-Iva area.
I wish I could find more statistics or interesting facts to share you, but Starr is a pretty small place and out in the country. It is close to Anderson and if you want to live out in the country, then Starr may be the place for you! I like the area for what thats worth. My broker in charge lives in Starr and loves it. A country feel but close to town is a good way to describe Starr.
