The least expensive home reported sold this past week in Oconee County was a 850 SF 2 bedroom 1 bath condo in a gated community in Salem. It sold for $64,500 CASH after being on the market for 902 days. I showed this condo long long ago but my buyers felt the fees for this community were too high. There are plenty of amenities and some people want the condo lifestyle and are willing to pay the extra fees that come from living in a gated community on Lake Keowee. Different strokes for different folks. Still, it is a good price for what it is.....
The most expensive home reported sold this past week in Oconee County was a 1800 SF 3 bedroom 2.5 bath condo on Lake Keowee in Seneca. It sold for $315,000 after being on the market for 149 days. Incredible views of the lake from almost every room. End unit right beside the walkway to the community dock and across the street from the community pool.

The best deal to hit the MLS this past week in Oconee County in my opinion is a 1500 SF 3 bedroom 1.5 bath waterfront Lake Hartwell home in Westminster. Asking $224,000. Dock in place but not in the water. Pretty flat lot without many trees.
