List Your Upstate South Carolina Real Estate for Less

Sure, who doesn't like paying less. This is just the basics of how I do a listing and there are exceptions to every rule. You should be aware that commission is always negotiable. I have just decided to bring back an old technique I used in the past that helps to put more money into the pockets of my clients and still be effective when selling real estate in Upstate South Carolina. It is called a variable rate commission.
4.5% Total Commission
2% to the Listing Side and 2.5% to the Buyers Agent
If I am the only agent involved in the transaction, the total commission shall be 3%.
I put this in writing in the listing contract!
Nothing Upfront!
I can only offer this service for a limited time in Anderson, Oconee and Pickens Counties and only for properties that we agree to list over $50,000. For higher priced properties I may be able to go even lower on the Listing Side! There are other restrictions so Contact Me to schedule a time to see if we can work together to sell whatever type of real estate you want to sell in Upstate South Carolina!
For properties under $50,000, we will have to do a flat rate of $1000 that is only paid at closing. So even for a less expensive property, we can still offer an economical way that is still effective!
