You Were Warned!

I might not be much to look at but if you want honesty, you have found the right guy! And when I say honesty, I mean brutal, sometimes the truth hurts honesty. But why did I really choose the catch phrase "Honest But Ugly"?

A long time ago a very unrealistic person contacted me about buying real estate and sadly, they were not in touch with reality. I started thinking about what do people want?

A beautiful lie or the ugly truth?

If you want to hear fairy tales, or want it sugar coated, I am not going to be the right agent for you. When you ask me a question, you better be ready for the truth! If I tell you something it isn't for some ulterior motive or because I am just trying to get you to spend more money or sell at a low price so I make a quick buck. It is because that is what I know from experience!

Then check out the map of Upstate SC to see the counties that I work in. I am licensed in SC. While I can help people buy or sell real estate anywhere in the state of South Carolina, I choose to limit myself to the areas I know and love. If you want to know about Greenville, Spartanburg, Myrtle Beach or anywhere else, I can refer you to some really great agents in those areas. But I cannot and will not give anything less than 100% for my clients, and trying to help a client in an area I do not know like the back of my hand is only doing my clients a great disservice.
