Honest But Ugly Upstate South Carolina REALTOR®
A long time ago someone contacted me about buying & selling real estate and sadly, they were not in touch with reality. I started thinking about what do people want?
A beautiful lie or the ugly truth?
If you want to hear fairy tales, or want it sugar coated, I am not going to be the right agent for you. When you ask me a question, you better be ready for the truth! If I tell you something it isn't for some ulterior motive. It is because that is what I know from experience!

I am sure that some people are saying
Yeah Right....
People think they cannot trust REALTORS or real estate agents.
And they probably have good reasons to feel that way sometimes.....
The truth is there are people in real estate that give my profession a bad name.
But that isn't me. Whether you believe that really does not matter to me. I am a good person. I was raised to do the right thing. What you see is what you get. If you don't like the answers then don't ask the questions. I will not change who I am or what I believe for money.
Money isn't everything.
Money cannot buy a reputation.
Money cannot buy happiness.
Money will not cause me to put up with rude or inconsiderate people either....
I am going to be honest with you and do all I can to help you sell whatever type of real estate you need to sell. But I am only a man.
I Cannot Perform Miracles.
I may be good at helping people sell real estate, but I need your help! If WE are going to be successful, then we must work together. You must trust me and listen to my advice:
- If I suggest a listing price that is lower than what you think the property is worth, well the truth hurts sometimes..
- If I suggest a Price Reduction, then that means You Should Realize the Market Has Shifted
- If I recommend YOU do something, it isn't because I like to hear myself talk!
I am not in this business to make a quick buck. Because honestly.....
Life is Too Short to Be Unhappy
My Father worked hard all his life. And his reward for doing the right thing, for working hard?
Less than 2 years after his retirement, he had multiple health problems that prevented him and my Mother from enjoying their Golden Years. Sometime I write about my Dad on my blog.
Not as often as I should I write about:
What ls Inside of Me That I Can Share.
What makes me tick.
How I think.
What I feel.
What bothers me.
What is important to me.
Just as You Are Not Defined by Your Job, Neither am I.
Maybe you will like what you read. Or maybe you could care less. Maybe getting to know who I am will help you to realize I am different.
I am a REALTOR. I help people sell real estate.
But I am much more.
Much Much More....
Is that good or bad?
Hard to say. But it is the truth.....
