There were 83 homes sold in May 2010 in the Western Upstate MLS compared to 77 in June 2010.
The median price for homes sold in the Anderson area real estate market for May 2010 was $110,00 compared to $130,000 for June 2010.
The percent of list price in May 2010 for the Anderson South Carolina real estate market was 88.9% compared to 91.7 for June 2010.
The average Days on Market for homes sold in May 2010 was 156 compared to 161 in June 2010.
If homes continue to sell at the same pace we are looking at over 16 months
of inventory in the Anderson South Carolina real estate market.
