In my opinion, the best deal of the homes reported sold this week in Anderson County was a 3900 SF 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home on 0.57 acres in Anderson. It sold for $190,000 after being on the market for 316 days. Incredible price for a home this size and quality in the Hanna school district. Maybe if took so long to sell because it was a short sale......
